**All estimated delivery times exclude order processing times that can take 2-3 business days, the estimated shipping frame is considered from the date of which orders are dispatched from OUT OF PLACE. Delivery times may also be affected by Australia Post or due to Public Holidays which will affect the shipment of orders.**


Exchange and Refund Policy

Please be aware, we will not refund due to change of mind, wrong garment size selection, or care instructions that have not been followed and as a result have damaged the garment.

Please use the size guide to make sure you are purchasing the correct size and please be aware all garment sizing has a tolerance of 2.5cm for half chest and length. 

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges on items that are in original condition and that have been purchased within 30 days after dispatch date of purchase. Items with noticeable wear and tear cannot be exchanged.

Exchange requirements

  • Must be in original condition
  • Hasn’t been worn
  • Hasn’t been washed
  • MUST request and be given a RA (Return Authorisation) number before sending back to us.
  • Purchaser pays for shipping

Replacement or Refund:

Where possible we will replace a faulty garment, if there is a valid reason why the customer does not want a replacement and would like a refund we will take into account all factors and make a reasonable decision. Where possible if a customer is requesting a refund we will work with the customer to have a satisfactory outcome for both parties.

What we don’t take responsibility for:

  • Incorrect product type, size or colour made by the customer.
  • The print may look a little different from the representation on the website as all images on the website are for you to get an idea of how your items will look, image sizing will vary from size to size. Images will be sized to the best of ability but some tolerances will need to be allowed for.
  • Garment colours may vary slightly from the images on our website.
  • Incorrect shipping address entered in by the customer.

Approved Exchanges and Returns :

Approved exchanges and returns must request an RA (Return Authorisation) number before sending your item/items back to us. To get your RA number please email us at info@outofplace.net.au and request an RA number. In your email please let us know the reason why you would like to return your Item, the Invoice number and when the your purchase was made. Once you receive your RA number you can then send it back to us back to us with the RA Number clearly marked on the back of the Parcel with your return address.

Exchange & Return Shipping Charges:

ALL exchange and return shipping charges must be paid by the purchaser.

To return your items:

  1. Obtain your RA Number
  2. Pack and Ship your Return, send any tracking numbers to us. Please be aware we will not cover lost items in Post with out a Tracking Number from you.

The website images are for only for display purposes to assist you in choosing your items and some difference in the items may occur.
